Here, we promise you a return to the true values of the Landes region as cooked by our grandmothers. Highlights include garbure, grilled duck breast, pan-fried foie gras escalopes with pastis perdu and orange wine sauce, and tourtière landaise. L'Estanquet has its own terrace.
