A modern restaurant with a pleasant terrace not far from the beach in Lit-et-Mixe, a good address for meat lovers.
The L'Escasse hotel and restaurant is one of the few establishments open all year round within a radius of thirty kilometers. So, if you're looking for a place to stay and eat, this is the address to remember. Toulouse sausage, homemade jus and chef's purée, Galician entrecote steak, whole duck breast (from the Landes, of course!), Black Angus burger... Clearly for meat lovers! On the terrace, the atmosphere is very Southwestern, while in the dining room, it's much more indus', but contemporary and warm. The beaches aren't far away.
