In Villotte-sur-Aire, Ferme du Colombier is a farm specializing in pig breeding. The owners are farrow-to-finish farmers, meaning that their pigs are born and raised on site. They produce their own flour from the farm's cereals to feed their pigs. Ferme du Colombier is also equipped with a processing laboratory where they make a wide range of pork-based products, such as meat, charcuterie, sausages, cured meats, pâtés and terrines. They attach great importance to the traceability of their meat and the quality of their products.
