The gourmet cellar is exceptional! Here you can buy gris de Toul - pinot noir -, auxerrois and rhubarb wine. Priority is given to traditional methods. The setting, authentic, does not lack charm. This grocery shop dedicated to regional specialities has a restaurant area. A beautiful showcase of the talents of Lorraine. Guests can write their observations on a small slate provided for this purpose. The concept of the establishment is just as original: here, the products are home-made, without GMOs or preservatives, and the meats come from local farms. The idea is therefore to promote the terroir, through an ad hoc lunch: country terrine, a slice of mirabelle plum sausage, another of Lorraine spindle, a pâté en croûte au vin gris de Toul or a pie of your choice, as well as a regional cheese, all accompanied by a local wine before finishing with a tartlet of mirabelle plums or blueberries. The formula will seduce especially the hikers because it is well known, after the effort, the comfort!

Très décevant. Menu très moyen, fade et insuffisant. La commande par téléphone pour un groupe n'a pas été respectée et assumée. Service très long alors que le restaurant a été prévenu suffisamment longtemps à l'avance pour s'organiser. Les prix annoncés n'ont pas été respectés non plus. Facture très salée. Le menu était imposé alors que l'on avait demandé la carte. Produits soit disant lorrains quelconques. A éviter.

The passage in Lorraine was a little disappointing because having seen the suggestions of menus on the Internet on our arrival, remains longer but one regional menu €18.
The other more attractive menus are removed for some time...
That does not encourage to discover the Lorraine restaurants. Unfortunately!
