Perlé is a sparkling wine made from mirabelle plum, redcurrant, raspberry or Morello cherry. It is served chilled in flutes as an aperitif or with dessert. Its colours are delicious and its fine sparkling bubbles are very refreshing. It is made from the natural juice of the region's fruits and obtained by natural fermentation. Une étape bien sympathique sur notre trajet vers l'Alsace. Restaurant couplé à une boutique de vente de produits du terroir de qualité. Personnel accueillant, déco à la fois moderne et traditionnelle de la région. Carte attrayante. J'aurais juste souhaité que le jambonneau soit plus moelleux

J'ai découvert ce restaurant pas loin de chez moi. Je le recommande. j'y retournerai avec des amis. Beaucoup de plats locaux à base de mirabelles
