A traditional house professionally run by a friendly couple, it combines a bar, an affordable daily menu and gourmet dining. The chef works exclusively with fresh local produce. Game has pride of place in season, and in general all seasonal produce comes from the vegetable garden, orchard and fishpond, to create dishes of great flavor, enhanced by flowers, fine herbs and selected spices.
