Built in the Hotel Marso, the restaurant is located behind the tourist office of Amnéville. It offers a varied map composed of products from local Lorraine. With rather upscale dishes: foie gras and his chutney chutney, king crab gratiné, tournedos Rossini, swimming snails, crisp of goat, flambées flambées in whisky and cognac… For more conventional appetites, we also find European salads, as well as pasta and risottos. The hotel is surrounded by a warm and delicate atmosphere, with its spacious places that offer guests all the tranquillity they want to enjoy the nicely placed dishes on their plates. The terrace-pergola is particularly pleasant in the summer to enjoy the culinary specialities in the mild air of Lorraine which inspired these dishes.
