Restaurant with a beautiful authentic setting and dishes in Lue.

Jean Berthet created this restaurant in 1967, the current managers take care of the business with passion. The Landes house, typical of the end of the 19th century, is just as we like it! The traditional and copious cuisine remains a gourmet discovery not to be missed in the department. You will discover the true Gascon gastronomy: salmis of pigeons, fricassee of ceps, wild boar or roe deer stew, duck breast and foie gras, Landes foie gras... However, don't forget to make room for dessert, as the desserts are home-made.

Très déçu par la carte pièce de bœuf à 23€50 on m'a servi une entrecôte plein de gras 75% des frites complètement brûlées une feuille de salade en guise d'accompagnement
Après réclamation un sourire narcois du patron.
Expérience très décevante, que je ne renouvellerai plus jamais

Lieu que nous fréquentions depuis 15 ans, après une interruption de 2 ans changement de propriétaire, un jeune du pays qui reprends super.. grosse déception suspicion d'avoir une palombe surgelée (non indiquée) et une souris d'agneau caoutchouteuse.
Confus nous attendrons d’autres avis avant d'y retourner .

What a pleasant discovery this step at the Auberge Regina. On the road to the Basque Country we stopped for lunch and enjoyed the charming and attentive welcome of the boss and his team. Originality in the dishes, with ice cream at different flavors, such as "sheep cheese/black cherry" for entry salad. It was also an opportunity to taste a fish (lean to citrus fruits) that is rarely found on the menu of restaurants. An experiment to be renewed regularly

L'auberge landaise était incontournable. J'y ai déjeuné ces jours-ci, et c'est la deception : la cuisine est moins bonne, moins authentique, et le lieu a perdu en chaleur... Quel dommage...
