Restaurant with a beautiful authentic setting and dishes in Lue.

Jean Berthet created this restaurant in 1967, the current managers take care of the business with passion. The Landes house, typical of the end of the 19th century, is just as we like it! The traditional and copious cuisine remains a gourmet discovery not to be missed in the department. You will discover the true Gascon gastronomy: salmis of pigeons, fricassee of ceps, wild boar or roe deer stew, duck breast and foie gras, Landes foie gras... However, don't forget to make room for dessert, as the desserts are home-made.

Too expensive compared to food that it is offered, much deep-frozen products and not really local produce from the Landes and appreciate the good things, I did not find that it was the case here.
I will not offer this place or I.E. will not get there.
