This vast fitness centre can be proud to host everything that is best in cardio training: elliptical bikes, ski simulators, rowers, steppers… Training equipment is also very complete, as is the course program. On the menu: the classiques-buttocks, body sculpt and step, the entire range of Mills (body body, body jam, body attack), gym. Recently, Garden Gym also offers very effective aqua-biking courses (where you pedal underwater) and walker-trekking sessions (of the gym exercises).
