Friends of the animals and good cheese? Run along Bazoncourt and Philippe Duval's biquetterie. As his name indicates, the place is inhabited by the carpets and their friends. Nearly one hundred goats live with rabbits, hens, sheep and cows. Then, inevitably, the producer Philippe Duval makes it possible to taste fresh products like everything and especially purely Lorraine. Fresh goat, refined goat, goat's white cheese, goat yogurts, goat cheeses without salt. A real treat for the papillae! More unusual: the possibility of buying soap from goat's milk or honey, apple juice and Metz beer from other local producers.
