How many bakeries do you know that open at 5:45 in the morning? The village of Berthelming is lucky enough to have one, and it's only closed one day a week! This bakery and excellent patisserie treats us to freshly baked breads and viennoiseries from the crack of dawn. Then it's on to large and small cakes, meringues and éclairs, among other delicacies. We love this kind of local address that brings a village to life.
