Le menu à 91 € nous acomblés; la salade homard, le foie gras proposé en terrine et poelé, l'agneau des Pyrénées et en dessert le pavlova à l'ananas.
Des cuissons parfaites, des saveurs incroyables. La grande cuisine classique sans chichi réalisée avec un talent fou.
Ambiance extremement chaleureuse, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas pour les restos étoilés, accueil et service charmants.
Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain.
