Chef Lutz Janish and his wife Cynthia combine their respective talents to showcase their spirit of cooking. At the stove, Lutz makes a point of using local products. His agricultural origins can be felt in his compositions which sublimate the products of the earth. He creates his creations like palettes, first of all of colors, then of flavors of course, like gourmet works of art. The decor is well cared for, the team attentive, and the wine list incredible with its various and prestigious references.
