SAINT-MAXIMIN CHURCH
Built in 1962 by the architect Georges-Henri Pingusson, the Saint Maximin church of Boust surprises us by the height of its bell tower (there are three bells) and its resolutely contemporary look! It occupies the location of the old Usselkirch, located at the place called «Molberg». With the centuries-old tradition of the cruciform churches, Pingusson gives a more modern appearance to the building, which it shapes in circular fashion. In its entirety, the church Saint Maximin has 400 seats. In 1994, the building was inscribed as a whole (bell tower, gallery, sacrament and memorial monument) to the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments. Today she is still the jewel of the parish Notre-Dame of Hope. More information from the church presbytery.
