For over twenty years, Jean-Marie Visilit has been offering his magnificent hotel-restaurant a cuisine of character, highlighting the gastronomy of Lorraine. The menu, which evolves with the seasons, gives pride of place to local products from the Moselle region. Among the restaurant's specialties are spit-roasted piglet from the Diesen farm, and a genuine pike quenelle in the Escoffier tradition. This former family farmhouse with its generous atmosphere also has rooms available for your events.
