In a sober setting, this restaurant presents an authentic cuisine with local products from the surrounding villages.
If you feel like going for a walk in the surroundings of Metz, along the Nied river for example, you should know that there is a nice gourmet stop in Courcelles-sur-Nied! The setting of this small country restaurant is sober, but the welcome is all smiles! And what a nice surprise awaits you in the plates! Already, on the menu, you can find local products coming from the surrounding villages, like snails and goat cheese from Bazoncourt or eggs from Vrémy. This authenticity is also felt in the kitchen. You will find traditional dishes such as confit lamb mice or old-fashioned calf's head, worked with refinement. A real treat!
