Le seul bémol est que l'on m'a facturé exactement la même chose qu'à mon mari (soit 160 euros le menu ) tandis que dans mon option vegan, je n'ai consommé aucun des mets honereux qui contribuent au tarif : homard, caviar, pigeon et autres.... seulement des légumineuses, légumes et autres graines
Pour avoir fait un autre étoilé Michelin dans la région en juillet, ils avaient adapté le prix du grand menu sachant que je ne consomme que des légumes. Je pensais que La Toya aurait fait un geste dans ce sens également ... Dommage
