Fénétrange's traditional restaurant offering tasty regional dishes made with local produce in a cosy setting
At the entrance to the village, on the main square of the medieval town of Fénétrange, this restaurant offers traditional cuisine prepared with local, seasonal produce. All dishes are homemade and cooked on site. On the weekday lunch menu, for example in autumn: carrot and coral lentil velouté, chicken tikka massala and spiced rice, coffee and chocolate cabbage duo. Excellent déjeuner pour un prix raisonnable. Service amical.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe et particulièrement au patron en salle et à la patronne en cuisine, un charmant couple plein de bonne humeur et de savoir vivre.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix;
le prix des boissons est très accessible.
Je recommande les spécialités de la maison: cassolette d'escargots cuisinée en soufflée en entrée et en plat, truites aux amandes( en accompagnement, pommes duchesses fondantes!).
