La pomme rôtie, a family business for 9 years already: Blandine, Jérôme and Tristan, a passionate and close-knit trio, supported by a team that would like to grow even more. Chef Jérôme Gehbauer, who has been in the business for over 30 years, is lucky enough to work with his wife Blandine, and to have his son follow in his footsteps. Tristan loves this job, but it is pastry making that drives him. So he gives himself the means and regularly follows training courses with his mentors. His sweet delights can be taken away. Un restaurant qui sert des plats tout simplement grandiose, avec une excellente cuisine à la française comme ont les aime. Le service est remarquable comme tout le reste d'ailleurs. Je recommande vivement cette merveilleuse adresse qui régalent les papilles.
