CHAPELLE SAINT JOSEPH
A remarkable chapel to visit in Foulcey, in the shape of a Greek cross, with a superb statue of Saint Joseph.
The chapel dedicated to Saint Joseph is shaped like a Greek cross. It was erected at a place called "Le Calvaire". The foundation stone was laid on August 16, 1858. The curé-archiprêtre of Réchicourt presided over the inauguration on May 27, 1866. In 1879, curé Poirine donated the chapel and oratory to the parish. The chapel surprises the visitor with its imposing facade, ending with stepped edges and a pinnacle supporting the statue of St. Joseph.
