THE FOULIGNY MILL
The small village of Fouligny has the only water mill still active in the country of Nied. Its existence was already reported in 1302: he was then the abbey of Sur-lès-Saint-Avold. Inside, you will find no dealer or cashier… In this family farm, you will be served in a corner of the deposit. It is open all year for the sale of its products, and you will find a wide variety of quality craft meals. To choose: wheat, cherries, buckwheat, barley, rye, maize, millet… All cereals are of regional origin. But also more specific meals (complete, for spices of spices…), type 45, 55 or 150, all without preservatives, no chemical additives and at very reasonable prices. No doubt, this small, picturesque mill and its exceptional flours are worth it.
