Frauenberg is a small peaceful village, located 5 kilometres from Sarreguemines. On the first floor of the Town Hall, you will find a very interesting collection of plates that reveals a special technique. Indeed, the process used the application of a photograph on pearly porcelains. This collection of plates with coloured edges comes essentially from the Sarreguemines faience factories, where the techniques were jealously guarded and only transmitted between masters and apprentices.... Perhaps you will unlock some secrets...
