Establishment with bar and terrace, serving Mexican specialties and fresh Latin cocktail suggestions
Here it is, our favorite of the season! CRUDO, which is also a bar with Latin cocktail suggestions, features Mexican specialties, especially ceviches made with fish, raw shrimp, octopus... We chose the beef ceviche (there's a veggie version) with a citrus marinade and avocado (the fat adds sweetness and roundness to the mouth). We also fell for the breaded coconut and panko shrimps served with a spicy mayonnaise. All very fresh. We also like the decor of the room and the terrace.

Pour ma part j'ai pris un ceviche exotico au poisson : extra.
Pour le dessert un café gourmand de très bonne composition. La mousse au chocolat est plus qu'une mousse mais je vous laisse la découvrir.
Je finirai par le commencement : le cocktail vous immerge directement en Amérique du Sud.
