LA TABLE DU BOUCHER
Open for about 18 months, this restaurant located in a border village can boast that it is soon to be included in the Gault and Millau guide, and that it is worthy of great merit: a sober and elegant setting, offering a choice of choice to the various proposed, delicious, tasty meat pieces. A dish of the day at 9 euros is not in rest! Add to this homemade French fries reminiscent of our childhood, a home bread whose mie sweet délicieusement the taste buds, the simple and warm welcome of the patronne (its passionate husband works in cooking), not forgetting the tasting of a Stone wine (clin of the first name of their son). For non-carnivores, a filet of perch on ratatouille bed is a nice choice of dishes on the menu. The dessert card was promising, but serving servings were right. We cannot close without talking about hygiene, impeccable to the toilets, refined and tastefully decorated. Access to persons with reduced mobility is easy, which is important to stress. Finally, prices are reasonable, given what we have on the plate. There is no false note for this young couple to whom we wish long and beautiful road!
