The Ti'Bou is the atypical story of Nathalie Tyack, - a Pyrenean skier from the region - and Sophie Troc - originally from Madagascar, who arrived late in the mountains -, two friends linked by sport and good food. Strengthened by their sporting determination, they will take on another challenge in 2004: to create a quality fast food restaurant with local products that resemble them. In this large traditional 19th century Landes house, Nathalie and Sophie invite you to taste a "bistro" cuisine with a crossbreed accent.
