The Quai des Saveurs is an invitation to a gustatory journey. Frédéric Sandrini, the creative chef, takes you into his intuitive and signed universe. In 2023, the restaurant had the pleasure of keeping its Michelin star for the 14th consecutive year! Here, nothing is left to chance, the producers are selected with great care, the short circuit privileged and the seasonality respected. The food is revisited, delicately worked, tasty and tender. The wine list is full of little nuggets that go perfectly with the dishes.
