A tower combined with the use of yellow stone and which is today behind the municipal park of the municipality of Hagondange.
Erected in the 12th century, the Watchtower stands today behind the municipal park of Hagondange. In the late Romanesque style, its massive architecture, combined with the use of yellow stone, gives it a surprisingly simple appearance. While the region was divided into three states, it allowed men to guard the village but also the communication routes and borders at the time of the Holy Germanic Empire. Hence its name of "watchtower"! A small detour is necessary during your stroll.
