Since the departure of Michelin-starred chef Philippe Jego, the Château de la Dame de Fer had remained unoccupied. Charmed by this building from the beginning of the century, full of history and elegance, Olivier Mertz decided to take over the premises and turn it into a hotel-restaurant with an ambiance bar. The result is an invitation to a change of scenery, to gourmet pleasures, and to lively evenings! The large vegetal terrace gives an extra touch to this exceptional place. As for the restaurant, we offer a tasty and refined traditional cuisine with a regularly changing menu.

Présentation manquant d’élaboration.
Plats composés avec des produits frais, dommage que les légumes anciens étaient quasiment crus ????
