AUX DÉLICES LORRAINES
For nearly 20 years, Patrick and Anne Vichard have been living in Hayange, to the delight of gourmands and chocolate lovers. They warmly welcome you to their establishment Aux Délices Lorraines, which serves as a tea room, pastry, confectionery and chocolate shop. The craftsman also makes homemade ice creams, to gently refresh the palate. The house speciality? Le Minerai de fer, a finely crunchy melted praline presented in a chocolate hood or wagon as a reminder of the valley's strong mining history. Other pastries, such as L'Ambassadeur (plum plum compote, almond and pistachio cream, shortbread dough) and Paris-Metz (candy cream and raspberry macaroon) are worth a visit! Patrick Vichard was appointed pastry expert in Lorraine in 2015 and he regularly participates in the Metz Chocolate Fair. For the holidays, the showcase is adorned with delicacies for the enjoyment of young and old alike!
