Restaurant with covered terrace offering refined cuisine based on local products in Mont-de-Marsan.

This Belle Epoque house, long privately owned, houses a wine bar, two restaurants and a 4-star hotel. Charm is everywhere: inside, with its works of art, outside, with its botanical garden and covered terrace overlooking the three rivers and the waterfall. The refined, innovative cuisine is based on local, seasonal produce. Chef Philippe Lagraula, who can be seen in the kitchen, also welcomes you to his gourmet table. The service and welcome are impeccable. A very nice place.

Des deux tables proposées par la villa, cet avis porte sur le bistrot 1912, qui vient d'obtenir un bib d'or Michelin. C'est une excellente adresse, notamment pour son menu du marché le midi. Agréablement accompagné des vins suggérés, au verre si souhaité, plaisir des yeux et du palais !

Tout d'abord le lieu : magnifique. Cette grande bâtisse a été restaurée avec soin et tout a été fait avec bon gout.
Ensuite le repas : tout est bien préparé, c'est bon, c'est fin.
Et pour finir la carte des vins : originale, loin des classiques : un vrai plaisir.
A faire sans hésiter.
