Fine cuisine très abordable à midi.
Un vendredi à midi, velouté de citrouille avec 2 langoustines grillées, un zéphir non identifié, exquis, suivi d'un filet de maigre parfaitement cuit avec une purée de racines de persil, excellent, et pour finir un gateau feuilleté de noix de pécan caramélisé avec deux sauces chocolat et caramel, un bon vin blanc de l'hérault servi au verre assez généreusement et 2 cafés. Petits pains maison moins intéressants. Service parfait, simple et souriant, décoration moderne, pour 33 Euros par personne. Réserver (c'était plein)

Le meilleur restaurant de Mont de Marsan. Cuisine originale et succulente élaborée par un chef de talent. Le service est à la hauteur, le sommelier est un vrai passionné. L'été, on profite d'une belle terrasse ombragée qui est très agréable. En semaine, le repas du midi est à portée de toutes les bourses. Réservation conseillée.

Authentic, generous, modernity here how you can summarised the cuisine of the keys of money. The product is king here. The joie de vivre and its bonhomie of chef and D Eugénie his wife are found in the dish. As for the wine list is superb, worthy of a two or three macaroons. Inescapable address in the Landes region.
