Le Plumaçon is a restaurant offering unique homemade dishes served quickly and with a smile in Mont-de-Marsan.
Next to the arena, at the bottom of the station stairs, Le Plumaçon defies all competition. Having been there for years and years, it was taken over at the end of 2022 by Elodie and Jean Vignier. And the couple have no desire to change the recipe - a single menu at 17 euros - because it works and attracts so many people. Especially since everything is homemade! Many also come to drink a coffee on the large terrace and enjoy a good pastry while waiting for the train. Service is fast and friendly. Given its success, we'd advise you to make a reservation!

Opening time and information on LE PLUMAÇON
Open all year round. Monday and Tuesday, 8am to 4pm; Wednesday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Open for lunch and dinner during the town's festive events. Single menu €25. Lunch menu: 17 € (choice of 2 starters / 2 main courses / 3 to 4 desserts). Groups welcome (80 people). Terrace.
