Since May 2023, Bastien D'Andréa has been replaced by Pascal Gaüzère, the new manager of Le Divan. This café-restaurant, well known in the town center for its beautiful terrace and bay window overlooking the banks of the Midouze, serves bistronomic cuisine based on fresh produce and homemade dishes. Our friendly Franck will be delighted to serve you the daily specials, including salmon pavé, seafood linguine, creamy prawn risotto, homemade cassoulet and the Divan burger. Open all year round. Tuesday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm; Friday and Saturday, 8am to 0am; Sunday, 10am to 4pm. Opening times vary according to season. Reservations recommended. Gourmet menu €39. Dishes from €17.50 to €25. Children's menu: €9.90 (under 12). Lunch menu: €19.90. Groups welcome. Terrace. Take-away sales.
Owner's Message
Located right in the center of Mont de Marsan, in the Madeleine district, with a lovely terrace facing Les Halles. The dining room boasts the best view in Mont de Marsan, overlooking the confluence of the Midou and Douze rivers, which join to form the Midouze. French-style bistro cuisine, with an emphasis on local producers and seasonal produce. A wine list featuring French and biodynamic wines.

Vraiment très content de revenir dans ce lieu mythique où officiait Monsieur Henri il y a quelques décennies quand on était ados.
Aujourd'hui cela a été un réel plaisir de déjeuner au Divan. Très sincèrement, j'ai très bien mangé ; plat du jour : très beau faux filet, bonne sauce au St Nectaire et pommes de terre Grenaille super fondantes. ????????
Merci à cette nouvelle équipe, certes en rodage (mais qui ne le serait pas après juste 3 jours...?) ET tout de même vraiment efficace.
