With its almost secret terrace, Marcel's Bistrot is a favorite with Montois diners, thanks to its warm atmosphere and setting, which combines stonework, beams and modern furniture. The modern, traditional cuisine features local produce. The menu, which changes every 3 months, features a number of regional classics: Landaise salad, duck confit, Rossini burger with pan-fried foie gras... For dessert: pastis landais perdu, craquant chocolat noisette, tourtière aux pommes... in step with the seasons, of course.

Il y a un seul point négatif, au niveau de l'entrée. L'escalope de foie gras poêlée était trop cuite, c'est très dommage! Sinon tout était bon!
