A very nice surprise! This elegant bistro, which opened in May 2024, is ideally located in the heart of Mont-de-Marsan, and has quickly won over locals and visitors alike since its opening. Choose from a weekly or à la carte menu: you'll enjoy andouillette, tagliatelle spinach ricotta and salmon, entrecôte beurre maître d'hôtel or vegetable bruschetta... There's also a great tapas board, all homemade with fresh produce! Very pleasant and ultra-fast service, so remember to make a reservation!
