DIOGO VAZ CHOCOLATE

This is Diogo Vaz's first French boutique in France, a cocoa bean plantation in Sao Tomé in the Gulf of Guinea (where this chocolate is directly produced). Here, you can enjoy this excellent raw material in all its forms: baking sheets, chocolate bites, boxes and cocoa nibs. The precious chocolate is processed in its raw form, or in a gourmet way with dried fruits and ganaches... There's something for every taste. Not to be missed: pastries and artisanal ice creams, to be enjoyed on the premises, in the dining room or on the terrace. A real treat!
