We invite you to meet Léa, breeder and cheese maker by passion. You will learn that the flavors of the Pays de Bitche are as numerous as its diverse landscapes. La Fromagerie des prés is certified organic, and works with raw milk with mastery. Tommes made from raw milk, creamy yoghurts, fresh cheeses with herbs, spices, pepper, and soft cheeses are all produced locally at the Kapellenhof farm in Hottviller. We thank the beautiful cows well pampered by Léa who then transforms their good milk into melting and delicious products!
