LA BIÈRE DE METZ
After being shut down in 1993, La Bière de Metz is reborn in Jury. The micro-brewery on the Zac du Breuil site now produces 3,000 liters a month, respecting the traditional recipe. Enjoy this hand-brewed, organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized craft beer. Only its characteristic fizz comes from bottle fermentation. In addition to the classic version, you can discover special cuvées with ingenious flavors: orange winter rousse, lemon IPA, citrus white... Arnaud and Jean Simon offer you an authentic local product in the same spirit as their own.
