A Michelin star for this restaurant in the Pays des Étangs region. Bruno Poiré officiates in the restaurant founded by his parents Serge and Michèle. In a refined setting, he offers us a festival of flavors with, to cite just a few examples, sliced Breton lobster, overflown with caviar from France, lobster foam, then turbot cooked in stock, overlay of potatoes with citrus fruit or sweetbreads lacquered with coffee, Jerusalem artichoke, celery, full-bodied meat juice and, to finish, roasted pears, eucalyptus emulsion, Vosges candy sorbet... That's what I'm talking about!

Le plaisir de manger dans un petit village lorrain mais dans un "grand" restaurant à un tarif très maîtrisé. Un restaurant qui vient d'être complètement rénové, un personnel aux petits soins, un beau choix de carte ou de menu, des mets d'une grande qualité et très bien présentés, bref, un endroit (près de Sarrebourg) où il est très agréable de manger en famille ou entre amis.
