This happy team of enthusiasts is writing a new gourmet story in the former bistro in Lorry-lès-Metz.
This address was born of Julie's passion for wine treasures and their creators. What better way to discover them than to marry them with convivial, gourmet and sometimes surprising dishes? So she spoke to Alexandre Etienne, chef at Hespérius in Metz, and together they came up with the obvious idea for a bistro-style restaurant. Since November, this cheerful team of enthusiasts has been writing a new story in the former bistro to satisfy locals, friends and families who are once again enjoying a meeting place for epicureans.
