Farmhouse restaurant offering typical regional cuisine in Mugron.
At this traditional Chalosse farmhouse inn, fattened ducks are raised and fed on the farm's own cereals. You can stock up on duck products. But you can also sample (at lunchtime) typical regional cuisine based on fresh produce: foie gras with apples and grapes, garbure, duck rillettes, Landaise salad, charcoal-grilled duck breast, tourtière... And don't forget poule au pot or entrecôte (to order only). Reservations essential!
