Magret au with foie gras, conflict, garbure, fresh liver to grapes or apples, duck ribs combined, on order possible hen to pot and beef of Chalosse. Ferme auberge très agréable. On mange des produits vraiment locaux... excepté le dessert. C'est mon seul bémol. Il faut dire que la fin de saison hivernale est particulière à ce niveau. La salle est bien décorée et agréable.
