The Ferme-Auberge de Marquine is located in Chalosse, in the Landes region of France. This half-timbered Landes farmhouse is beautifully decorated with flowers and offers a warm and welcoming setting. Jessica and Jean-Michel, ambassadors of Landes gastronomy and terroir, welcome you for a moment of pure Landes tradition. You'll be able to enjoy a simple but tasty cuisine, made with products from their own farm. On the menu, typical regional dishes such as garbure, Landaise salad, duck foie gras and duck breast confit or grilled. The farmhouse inn is a member of the Landes "Tourisme Gourmand" network. Booking in advance is recommended.
