LA FERME DU FOIE GRAS
For four generations, the Cabannes family has been raising and processing free-range ducks and geese. By growing corn, rapeseed, wheat, sunflower, peas and beans themselves to feed the ducks and geese, they guarantee healthy, traditional and natural products, without GMOs. The quality of the foies gras also translates into a harvest of medals obtained at the Concours Général Agricole. On the menu: foie gras Privilège, goose foie gras, canned or semi-cooked, confits, duck breasts, stuffed necks, cooked dishes (garbure, cassoulet...).
