The Perrette market is an association dedicated to valuing the sale of local products from organic farming. The small producers in this area are criss-crossing the roads of the region: Sarrebourg, Metz, Dieuze… All depend on EARL de la Gissière, a family farm farm with a total of about 80 hectares. Since 2003 all products offered for sale are AB (Organic Agriculture) certified. Among the fresh products offered in the form of packed baskets, there are fruits and vegetables, eggs and also handcrafted pasta.
