DISTILLERIE LEISEN - DOMAINE LE STROMBERG
Led by Mr Leisen for over 20 years, this distillery is visiting the whole year by appointment. Following this passionate producer in his workshops, you will know the slow natural fermentation, the distillation in two successive passes, the interest of using copper stills, the subtleties of aging - 3 to 15 years before bottling. This house can be proud of the many award-winning quality production (Pinot Gris***, Pinot Noir, Auxerre** and a sparkling brut of all parties). Today it is also the domain Le Neckarsulm extended over 9 hectares, no less, beautifully situated on the left bank of the Moselle. All an art that since 2010 has obtained as all the producers of Moselle the sézame of the controlled appellation of origin, which makes the joy of the wine lovers of Moselle.
