L'hôtel est bien situé en centre ville. L'accueil est sympathique ou un peu moins selon l'accueillant mais dans l'ensemble il n'y a pas de remarques à faire.
La chambre à un seul grand lit est un peu petite. Préférer celle à deux lits jumeaux réunis.
Je n'ai pas testé le 4e étage de prestige avec spa et terrasse.

Dans l'ensemble je recommande cet hôtel qui est sans doute le meilleur de Thionville.
