A new team is in place and is gradually installing a new concept. There are still several hundred delicatessen references, as well as a wide range of wines: around 350 quality references, including those from the region, at prices ranging from the reasonable to the very expensive. But you are not immune to good deals, for example an excellent Arbois Pupillin 2013 at 11 €. The catering part remains, with a unique menu. For the future, the team's idea is to accentuate the relationship with local and organic producers. To be continued...
