Ferme Larrey, located in Nerbis in the Landes region, is a foie gras producer that has been perpetuating tradition since 1975. The ducks are raised in the open air and force-fed on whole-grain corn, then cooked by hand in their family-run cannery. You'll also be able to taste their traditional preserves free of charge, accompanied by wine from the Coteaux de Chalosse. The farm is open all year round, but please let us know in advance if you are planning a group visit.
